Hey guys, I'd like to share some feedback.

Yesterday, I sent out a mailing for the Chief Steward / Camp Boss position. I received a lot of responses—not just autoresponders, but real messages from managers asking me to fill out applications, including from companies in the US. They're still writing.

I had several offers and even phone calls, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job due to my limited experience (only two contracts). I understand that the requirements for this position are higher.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the mailing—the response was lively and high-quality. I'm sure that with more experience, I wouldn't have had any problems finding employment.

I plan to wait 2-3 weeks and contact you again if necessary.
